I worry about a lot of things ...

but the thing I worry about the most is that I'm not taking full advantage of my life. I have to remember to take stock, to look around and quantifiably acknowledge the things that I do that are satisfying and worthwile. Here's what I did this weekend:

1. Ran 6 miles with my new triathlon team
2. Made lamb's liver pate
3. Took a bikram yoga class and had a moment where I felt like I was floating
4. Wrote a short story for a deadline that's already passed
5. Made my first pizza
6. Stood in line to see band at the Noise Pop Festival in San Francisco, but ended up at a non-descript bar drinking beer with my father.

I'm starting to build the life that I want.

Triathlon? You's crazy. How do you like the training compared to the marathon training?

Oh, I'm not training for a triathlon. I'm just training with a triathlon team. Right.
